高校秘书人员情绪管理探析

摘　　要：情绪管理是一种新的管理理念和管理方式。通过探究高校秘书人员情绪对其工作的影响,以及产生不良情绪的原因,提出秘书人员情绪管理的主要途径和方法,期望秘书人员在自我发展、自我完善的进程中,努力加强情绪心理修养的自觉性。The emotion has played a key role in the personality system. It is the foundation and the important guarantee in the personality. The emotional management is a kind of new management idea and way which comes out in a certain stage in the society development. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to promote the emotion research to the level of management science and education idea. The author explored the cause of poor emotion in college secretaries and proposed some ways and the methods for emotion management. It requested the secretary should strengthen the psychological self-consciousness in aspect of self- cultivation during the course of the self-development and self-perfection advancement.
