摘　　要：运用三角形的Fermat点问题的结论,给出了平面上任一点到三角形三顶点距离之和的一个新下界,确定其强弱关系,最后提出两个相关的猜想.With the result of Fermat Dot Problem,a new lower bound of the sum of the distances between a point and three vertexes is obtained,and a interrelated conjecture is posed.
