摘  要:为克服典型病例和阳性体征缺乏的实际困难,我们采用特约典型病例协助教学。实践证明:该方法能够提高学生的学习兴趣,增强教学过程的实践性,缓解当前病患对高品质的医疗要求和自我保护不断增强的突出矛盾。In order to overcome the practical difficulties of the typical case and the positive signs which can hardly he met,we have to take special cases to assist the typical method of teaching,which has proved to be able to increase students' interest in learning and enhance the practicality of teaching process. In the student-centered teaching reform process,it can ease the increasingly prominent contradictions beween patients' demand for high quality medical care and self-protection requirements.
