摘  要:采用田间试验,对比了脱落酸、水杨酸、赤霉素、乙烯利4种植物生长调节剂对烤烟上部叶烤后烟叶中性致香物质的影响。结果表明:以高浓度的脱落酸处理最优,其类胡萝卜素降解产物、类西柏烷类香气物质、新植二烯含量,以及中性香气物质总量均最高,其中对烟叶香味品质有重要作用的苯甲醇、苯乙醛、糠醛、2-乙酰基吡咯、β-大马酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯、巨豆三烯酮Ⅱ、巨豆三烯酮Ⅳ、3-氢基-β-二氢大马酮、法尼基丙酮和茄酮的含量均有不同程度的提高。可见高浓度的脱落酸处理能提高上部烟叶中性致香物质的含量,有利于改善烟叶的内在品质。The field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fourth plant growth regulators, namely ABA, GA, SA, ETH,on the neutral aroma constituents of the upper leaves in tobacco. The results showed that the treatment of high concentration ABA was the most influential factor of the total volatile aroma compounds content. And the corresponding content of neophytadiene,carotenoid degraded products and cembrane degraded products was the highest. And the contents of benzyl alcohol, phenyl acetaldehyde, furfural, acepyrrol, β - damascenone, dihydroactionlide, megastigmatrienone Ⅱ, megastigmatrienone Ⅳ, 3 - hydrogen - 13 -damascone, farnesylacetone and solanone,which were of great importance to tobacco leaf fragrance, could be increased in various degree. It was obvious that the treatment of high concentration ABA could improve the content of aroma constituents of upper leaves and was good for improving internal quality of tobacco leaves.
