摘  要:根据离子特性及电化学活性的研究,提出了离子色谱-电化学法定性检测甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(CH2O·HSO2^-·Na^+)。对温度及酸度对分析物稳定性的影响作了试验并进行讨论。在定量检验时,回收率达到90%-96%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于4%。Based on the study of ionic characteristic and electrochemical activity, a method of ionchromatography with amperometric detection for qualitative detection of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate (CH2O· HSO2^-· Na^+) was proposed. Effects of temperature and acidity on the stability of the analyte were tested and discussed. In the quantitative testing, values of recovery found were ranged from 90% to 96%. Values of RSD's (n=5) calculated from the analytical results were all less than 4%.
