摘 要:研究燕麦β-葡聚糖对实验性高胆固醇血脂大鼠的血脂及生长的影响。58只雄性SD大鼠随机分为基础组(n=10)和模型组(n=40),分别饲喂基础饲料和高脂饲料,饲养3周后,将造模成功的高胆固醇血症大鼠随机分为高脂对照组、添加燕麦β-葡聚糖低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组10只,分别饲喂含0、6、12、24 gβ-葡聚糖/kg的高脂饲料6周。在实验的2、4和6周末测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG,6周末测定)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);实验结束时对各组大鼠称重并计算平均采食量。结果表明:给与不同剂量β-葡聚糖能够极显著降低大鼠空腹血浆TC、LDL-C水平(P<0.01),而对HDL-C、TG无显著影响,并具有明显剂量和时间依赖性;饲料中添加β-葡聚糖后大鼠体重和采食量均有所下降,这表明燕麦β-葡聚糖能够促进脂代谢,具有降胆固醇作用。The effects of oat β-glucan on lipid metabolism and growth in experimental bypercholestememia rats were studied. Fifty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into basal group (n=10) fed basal diets and model group (n=40) fed high - fat diets for 3 weeks. Then the 40 modeled hypercholestememia rats were randomly divided into 4 treatments (n = 10), i.e., high lipid control treatment and oat β-glucan treatments with low-dose, medium-dose, and highdose of oat β- glucan addtion, respectively. The 4 treatments fed with high - fat diets plus different dose (0, 6, 12 and 24g ) of β- glucan/kg for 6 weeks, respectively. The contents of TC, TG (at the end of 6 weeks), LDL - C , and HDL - C in plasma were measured at the end of weeks 2,4 and 6. At the end of the experiment, the body weight and food intake of the experimental rats were determined. Results show that the contents of TC, LDL - C in plasma are significantly decreased( P 〈 0.01 ) in the treatments of different close oat β - glucan addition. Oat β - glucan also increases the ratio of HDL- C/LDL - C. Dose - and time - dependence are obviously observed in plasma TC and LDL - C concentrations. These results suggest that oat β- glucan enchance plasm lipid metabolism and have the effects of lowering blood cholesterols.
