摘 要:研究H2O2适应对Bifidobacteriumbifidum KLDS2.0613生长特性、疏水性和降胆固醇能力等特性的影响,以及该菌株H2O2适应反应的遗传稳定性。研究结果表明,与未适应菌株相比,经3mg/LH2O2适应后的B.bifidum KLDS2.0613的生长特性和降胆固醇能力没有显著变化,而适应菌株的疏水性显著降低。H2O2适应菌株在厌氧条件下培养1代后,其耐受H2O2能力丧失。The influence of hydrogen peroxide stress adaptation on growth, hydrophobicity and cholesterol removal ability was assayed for Bifidobacterium bifidum KLDS2. 0613, and then the hereditary stability of adaptive response to hydrogen peroxide was also assayed for this strain. It was shown that both the growth and the cholesterol removal ability of B. bifidum KLDS2. 0613 were not altered after the pre-exposure of mid--log phase B. bifidum KLDS2. 0613 to 3 mg/L hydrogen peroxide. In contrast, the hydrophobicity of this strain was altered. Adaptive response of B. bifidurn KLDS 2. 061 3 to 3 mg/L hydrogen peroxide was transient, and the strain was protected for the short term only.
