摘　　要：从市场需求、行业现状等方面来看,机械行业高职成人教育开发生产组织与管理的课程是必要的。课程内容的设置应满足高职成人教育培养目标的需要。只要在教材、师资、教学方法等方面采取相应的保证措施,则该课程的开发就会获得成功。Based on the demands of the market and the consummation of the curriculum systems. It is necessary to developing the curriculum on production organization and management with mechanical specialty in higher vocational schools. The establishment of curriculum content should satisfy the developing target in higher vocational adult education. After taking the corresponding measure on teaching material, teachers and teaching methods, then this curriculum development can obtain suceessfully.
