组织有效性视野下的高校学生党建工作研究

摘　　要：当前,各大高校都在积极努力的探索高校学生党建的创新路径及有效模式。通过对现代管理理论中社会系统学派组织有效性理论的研究发现,高校学生党建工作的有效开展需要实现高校学生党组织的"外部有效性"与"内部有效性"的"内外统一",进而将组织有效性理论运用于高校学生党建的研究并有利于解决当前高校学生党建工作存在的主要问题。At present, major colleges and universities are actively exploring the path of innovation and effective model for the college students＇ party construction. Through the study of organization validity of the social system school in modern management theory,we found that in order to carry out the party construction effectively,it＇s necessary to achieve the goal to transform the ＂external validity＂ and ＂internal validity＂ into the ＂internal and external unity,＂ and furthermore we can apply the theory of organization validity to the party construction .Besides that, it is also helpful to resolve the main problems among the current college students.
