摘　　要：本文从客观因素出发探讨了影响高校教师教学精力投入不足的主要因素有:校风建设、教师职务聘任制、高校教师健康状况、高等教育大众化进程等,并指出提高高校教师教学精力投入的措施与对策。Starting from the objective factors, the article probes into the main factors that lead to deficiency of teaching devotion such as school spirit construction, teachers＇ post appointment system, health condition, the process of higher education popularization and so on. It puts forward the measures and countermeasures to improve teaching devotion of college teachers.
