摘  要:传统的直流电机调速控制系统,电机工作不稳定,难以满足高精度、大功率场合的要求。介绍了一种基于ATmega8的直流电机调速控制系统,采用PID算法的受限单极性可逆PWM系统来实现电机控制,其电路简单、性能稳定、控制精度高、调试修改参数方便、可调范围宽、响应速度快和成本低,能非常方便和灵活地应用于较大功率、可靠性要求较高的直流电机控制中。The traditional system of velocity modulation control makes DC Motor be unstable on work, satisfies the high-precision and high-power occasions with difficulty. This article describes a system for DC motor based on ATmega8 speed control, which uses the limited unipolarity reversible PWM system based on PID algorithm to realize the motor control. The circuit is simple, with stable performance, the control precision is high, the debugging revision parameter is convenient, the adjustable range is wide, the speed of response is quick and the cost is low. it could apply very conveniently and flexibly to the field of DC Motor for higher power and reliability.
