摘　　要：热轧带钢层流冷却系统将带钢由较高的终轧温度迅速冷却到卷取温度,是轧制过程的重要环节。由于带钢温度受到各种错综复杂因素的影响,精确的数学描述无法建立,常规控制效果不理想。而以温度误差及温度误差变化率为输入、阀门开度为输出的双输入单输出规则自寻优模糊控制器,具有对参数变化不敏感、抗干扰能力强的优点,适应于复杂过程控制,取得比传统PID控制更理想的效果。Laminar cooling system of Strip hot rolling is a very important part in hot rolling process by which the high final rolling temperature is cooled to low coiling temperature. Accurate mathematic description is unable to build and general control means does not work, because of different kinds of factor＇s effect in cooling process. The two-input-single-output self-optimizing fuzzy control, designed as temperature error and error change rate as input and valve opened degree as output, is excellent in anti-jamming and insensitive to parameter variety, which adapted to complex process control. Thereby,the disadvantage that traditional PID control is not accurate has been solved.
