走内涵发展道路是独立学院发展的当务之急

摘　　要：独立学院发展的当务之急是实现战略转移,即从重视规模增长的外延式发展,转移到依靠质量提高的内涵式发展轨道上来。走内涵发展道路的实质是充分发挥独立学院的办学主体意识,遵循高等教育办学规律,深入落实科学发展观,实现可持续发展。走内涵发展道路,科学定位是基础,提高教育教学质量是重点,师资队伍建设是保证,转变管理观念是关键。The most urgent task of the Independent Colleges is to achieve a strategic shift from emphasizing on growth in the size of the extension to raising the quality of the connotation. Internal development is the starting point to change the connotation of Inde- pendent Colleges in the interest of achieving self-development. The essence of Connotation development is giving full play of the awareness of Independent Colleges; following the law of higher education, further implementing scientific concept of development and achieving sustainable development. Connotation development depends on scientific orientation, highly educational quality, teaching troops and management concept.
