摘　　要：张之洞的家庭教育思想主要涉及品格和学识两个方面,品格教育包括德化教育、情怀教育、理想教育、品质教育、人格教育、作风教育等范畴,反映中国传统思想品德教育的层面;学识教育涵盖实学教育、全面教育、学习方法、游学教育等内容,是与时俱进的时代特色的展现。张之洞家庭教育思想集中体现了近代中国转型教育的基本内涵,对当今的家庭教育仍具有一定的借鉴作用。Zhang Zhidong＇s family education thought involves Character and learning education. The Character education consists of moral education, emotion education, ideal oducation, quality education and life-style education, which reflects Chinese traditional character education. The learning education includes knowledge education, all-round education, way of study and the education of study away from home, which presents the time characteristic of keeping pace with the time. Zhang Zhidong＇ s family education thought reflects the basic connotation of modem Chinese education reforming and still has model function for today＇ s family education.
