摘  要:在竞争日益激烈的市场经济和知识经济时代,我们需要大量有创新能力、敢于打破常规,充满怀疑精神、敢于挑战权威的人才。而现实中,具备这些特征的人才却经常因论资排辈、中庸之道以点带面等认识上的偏见、嫉妒、既得利益等心理因素的排斥遭来非议,不被社会所承认,这也就是本文所提到的有争议的人才。不是所有有争议的人才都是优秀人才,但在现在社会,安于现状、四平八稳、无创新争议的人也绝对不可能成为优秀人才。因此优秀人才应该到有争议的人中去寻找。Today, we are living in the age of knowledge based and market oriented econo- my with fierce competition, and the society is in urgent want of the talent who have innovative abilities,are brave enough to break conventions, possess a skeptical spirit, and dare to challenge authorities. But in reality, those people are often rebuked and cannot be recognized by the society, but they are the talents that this paper refers to. Although all disputable persons are not talent, those who are conservative and satisfied with all existing conditions and have not any invention are not talent at all. Therefore, the authors of this paper think that talent should be found from disputable persons.
