摘　　要：培养创新型人才是高等教育在教学实施中的主要目标,本文以广东技术师范学院计算机系《嵌入式系统设计》实训课程教学为背景,以培养学生创新能力为导向,在精讲多练的教学模式中对创新型人才培养进行了探索与实践。在实际的教学中取得了良好的效果,提高了实训课程的教学质量,取得了较好的成绩,达到了培养本科创新型人才的要求。Cultivating innovation of students is the main aim of the higher education in practical teaching. The paper is based on the real situation of the students of practical course on Embedded System Design, expounding the necessity to give practical course. Exploring and practicing the innovation for the students ,after several years work hard, made a little success.
