摘  要:中小学内部管理体制改革是基础教育改革的重要组成部分,直接关系着教育改革的成效及基础教育的发展。西藏中小学内部管理体制改革的水平是制约西藏基础教育发展的重要因素。本文在采用问卷调查法和访谈法取得第一手资料的基础上,从实证的视角对西藏基础教育校内管理体制改革的现状进行分析和研究,并针对存在问题提出深化改革的相应对策。The reform of internal administrative system of middle and primary schools is an important part of the reform of elementary education, which is directly related with the educational reform and development of elementary education. The level of the reform of internal administrative system of middle and primary school in Tibet is an important factor to hinder the development of elementary education in Tibet. This article, on the basis of the first-hand materials obtained from questionnaires and interviews and from an experimental, perspective, makes an analysis of the present reform of internal administrative system of middle and primary schools in Tibet and puts forward some countermeasures to deepen the reform according to existing problems.
