摘  要:通过饮用豆浆探讨大豆异黄酮对绝经后女性血清中脂类物质的影响。采用HPLC法测定豆浆中大豆异黄酮的含量,以绝经后女性为受试人群,把参与实验的人随机分为4组:对照组,治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、和Ⅲ,各治疗组分别每日给与400、600、1 000 mL豆浆饮用,连续42 d,利用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中脂类物质的变化。结果显示每日饮用400、600 mL豆浆的受试人群其血脂水平没有明显变化,而每日饮用1 000 mL以上豆浆(含大豆异黄酮57.45 mg)的受试人群血脂水平明显下降。表明一定量的大豆异黄酮可以降低绝经女性的血脂水平。To investigate the effect of soy isoflavone on the serum lipid level of postmenopausal women via drinking soybean milk. The tested postmenopausal women were randomly divided into four groups: control group, therapy group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, every day a tested woman drink 0,400,600 and 1 000 mL soybean milk for 42 days for each group. The isoflavones concentration in soybean milk was determined with HPLC and the serum lipid level was tested by automatic biochemical analyzer. Serum lipid level of therapy group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no obvious change compared with control group,while the serum lipid level of therapy groupm significantly decreased after drinking 1 000 mL soybean milk( including soy isoflavones 57.45 mg). Result suggests that certain dose of soy isoflavone can lower the serum lipid level of postmenopausal women.
