摘 要:为分析石英MEMS陀螺仪的周期性误差在INS系统导航过程中引起误差的原理,研究了数据平滑过程对周期性误差参数的影响原理,并利用误差传递理论分析了各个周期性误差参数的传递特性,发现数据平滑过程会严重影响周期性误差的频率稳定性,而频率误差正是周期性误差影响导航精度的最主要的因素.实验发现,数据平滑会使显著周期项的个数增加,频率压低,频率稳定性差、误差大,这些变化特性使实验数据的实时补偿结果在短时间里就出现了振荡发散,与理论分析结果相吻合.结果表明,石英陀螺周期性误差的实时补偿需要重点抑制或避开频率误差的影响.In order to analyze the periodic error transfer in the drift of a quartz micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) gyroscope, the effects of the data smoothing process on periodic error term were studied and the error transfer characteristics of the periodic error term were analyzed using error theory. It was found that the data smoot- hing process seriously influences frequency stability, and frequency errors were the main sources of navigational errors. Experimental results show that the data smoothing clearly increases the number of periodic error items, depresses frequency figures, and influences frequency stability. These characteristics result in oscillating-divergence of the real-time compensation after a short time. The experiment results showed good agreement with the conclusions of theoretical analysis. It was shown that frequency information, after data smoothing, should not be used in periodic error compensation.
