摘　　要：目前高等教育中对"学习"有三种误导:学习驱动力是个体间竞争,学习过程是听课过程,学习结果评价是考试。我国高等教育应面对"学习观"的转型:构建学习型组织,养成组织学习力和大学生的自主学习能力。学习型社团可作为这种新学习观的实验田,以养成大学生的自主学习能力,进而改善高校的组织学习力,全面提高教育质量。There exists three misunderstandings about learning at present in the university: one is that it is driven by competition between individuals,another is that it is realized in the process of inactive classroom attendance,and finally,it is assessed only by the examination.So China's higher education should undergo a transformation of learning concept,that is,a learning organization should be established for the university students to develop their self-learning skills.In this regard,college students' associations as an experiment field could help enhance the capacity of both the students and organizations,and finally improve the over-all quality of education.
