摘　　要：社会网络对于学习和创新至关重要,相关企业之间的联盟可以建立信任和共享的价值观,进而共享知识和信息,以鼓励成员组织之间的相互学习和创新。讨论了网络结构在创新活动中的重要性以及集群网络中竞争合作行为与创新的关系等问题。Social network is important to learning and innovation. Alliances between related finns are thought to encourage interactive learning and innovation through the sharing of knowledge and information, which is facilitated through trust and shared values. This paper discusses the importance of network to innovation and the relation- ship between competition -cooperation and innovation in industrial clusters.
