摘　　要：管理创新对家族企业的发展壮大起着至关重要的作用,从此角度出发,探讨了构建家族企业管理创新的动力机制,以此调动各种因素,形成创新的合力,保证创新的成功。The management innovation is a very important matter in the development and growth of family enterprise. Based on this view, this paper discusses the construction of dynamic mechanism for management innovation of family enterprise, so as to encourage various initiatives to push for innovation, to form the joint effort of the innovation, and to ensure the success of the innovation.
