摘 要:目的探求医务社会工作调解医患纠纷的途径与方法。方法通过文献查阅、座谈讨论等方法总结已有的医患纠纷处理机制,探讨医务社会工作调解医患纠纷的途径与方法。结论医患纠纷的调解有很多方法,但人民调解机制是最有效的,医务社会工作应当借鉴,并主要通过自身的社会心理服务,加强与患者的沟通,适时介入医患冲突,用专业的方法调解医患纠纷。Objective To explore the ways and methods of medical social work in settling medical dispute Methods Through literature review and discuss, etc. This paper sums up the existing medical dispute mediation mechanisms,and then explores theh approaches, and ways of medicai Social, work in mediating medical dispute. Conclusions Among several methods o settng medcal dispute; the people S mediation mechanism works best, so medical Social workers should draw iessons from it. Besides, by offering patient Seciopsychological service, strengthening doctor-patient communica tion, and intervening in medical dispute timely, medical sociai workers can mediate medical conflict in professional ways.
