摘　　要：开展医务社会工作是医学模式转变和卫生事业发展的需要。就我国医疗机构目前的编制状况来看,要设置医务社会工作岗位还有很多困难。为此,我们要坚持精炼有效的原则,采用多元化的方式,倡导医院设立各种形式的医务社会工作者岗位,选择合适的专业社会工作者,积极开展医务社会工作,努力提高医疗服务水平。MediCal social work should be carried out for medical model and development of health service. In term of the present establ shment of mad cal institutions, there are many difficulties in setting medical socia work post. Therefore, we must stick to the principle of simplicity, adopt diversified methods; and encourage the hospital to set various forms of medical social work posts, ChooSe qualified professional socia workers i out medical social work actively, and strive to improve medical service.
