摘  要:目的探讨临床医学专业学生临床技能考核的意义。方法采用多站式考核方法,对我院2003级临床医学专业学生临床技能进行了考核,并分析了考核结果和意义。结果2003级临床医学专业学生临床技能考核总成绩为(83.7±7.5)分,七年制学生的考核成绩高于五年制学生(F=5.14,q=3.22~6.02,P<0.05、0.01)。七年制学生第一站和第二站考核成绩均高于五年制(F=5.22、5.24,q=3.10~6.52,P<0.05、0.01),五年制4班学生第二站考核成绩高于2班(q=4.07,P<0.05)。但在考核中还存在着基本技能不扎实、临床操作不熟练和不规范、病史采集和病例分析不够严谨和不全面、运用辅助检查的能力较差等问题。结论临床技能考核对转变临床技能教学观念、提高临床教学质量具有明显的促进和导向作用。Objective To explore the significance of clinical-skill assessment of clinical-medicine students. Methods By using multi-station assessment method,an appraisal of students enrolled in 2003 to our school was performed. Results The total score of assessment was 83.7±7.5 points,that of the 7-year-schooling students was higher than that of the 5-year-schooling (F= 5.14;q= 3.22--6.02;P〈0.05,0.01). The results of the first- and second-station assessment in the 7-year-schooling were higher than the 5-year-schooling (F= 5.22,5.24;q= 3.10--6.52;P〈0.05,0.01). The results of the second-station assessment in class-4 students of 5-year-schooling was higher than the class-2 (q=4.07, P〈0.05). The problems existed during performance examination were: basic skill was not solid; clinical procedures were not skilled and standard; history-taking and case analysis were not rigorous and comprehensive; and weak in applying auxiliary examinations. Conclusion The clinical skill assessment provides information and guide lines for renovating and improving clinical teaching idea and quality.
