摘　　要：目的研究火炭母全草挥发性成分的化学组成。方法用石油醚提取得到火炭母全草的挥发性成分,用GC-MS进行成分分析。结果确定了火炭母挥发性成分中18种化学成分及相对含量。结论火炭母全草挥发性成分中,以饱和烃及其衍生物为主,正十六烷酸相对含量高达52.88%。Objective To study the volatile composition of whole herb of Polygonum chinensis. Methods The volatile composi- tion was obtained extracted with petrol oil. Chemical components were analyzed by GC - MS. Results Eighteen compounds were identified for the first time, and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Conclusion The main constituents of the volatile composition are saturated hydrocarbon and its derivatives. The relative content of hexadecylic acid reaches 52.88%.
