摘  要:目的测定青梅和大叶鱼骨木不同有机溶剂提取浸膏的抑菌活性。方法采用常规扩散法测定青梅和大叶鱼骨木的石油醚、氯仿、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇提取浸膏对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄杆菌、枯草杆菌、根霉和黑曲霉的抑制活性。结果在两种药物提取浸膏中,只有青梅醋酸乙酯浸膏和正丁醇浸膏以及大叶鱼骨木氯仿浸膏对这3种细菌有抑制活性,而所有浸膏对两种霉菌均没有抑制活性;同时,随着溶液浓度的增大其抑制效果也逐渐增强。结论青梅醋酸乙酯浸膏和正丁醇浸膏以及大叶鱼骨木氯仿浸膏对3种细菌有抑制活性,而所有浸膏对两种霉菌均没有抑制活性。Objective To study the antimicrobial activity of the extracts prepared from Vatica mangachpoi Blanco and Canthium Simile Merr of Hainan Island. Methods In present study, the classic disc diffusion method was applied for testing the antimicrobi- al activity of petroleum ether, chroloform, ethyl acetate and n - butanol from V. mangachpoi Blanco and C. Simile Merr, respec- tively. Results Only the ethyl acetate and n - butanol extracts from V. mangachpoi Blanco and the chroloform extract from C. Simile Merr showed antimicrobial activity against E. coli, S. aureusand B. subtilis, but no remarkable activity was observed against R.. nigricans and A. niger. Conclusion The ethyl acetate and n - butanol extracts from V. mangachpoi Blanco and the chroloform extract from C. simile Merr has antimicrobial activity against these three bacteria, but has no antimicrobial activity against these two moulds.
