摘　　要：公平公正的教育理念、充分保障的财政支持、扶弱济贫的教育政策、均衡发展的教育体制以及全面实用的教学内容使许多国家的教育得以均衡发展。这为我国统筹城乡教育发展提供了借鉴和启示。Fair and just educational principle, sufficient financial safeguard, the educational policy to help and support poor and weak students, the educational system to accelerate harmonious development, and overall and practical education contents make many foreign countries develop their education harmoniously. It offers us much experience and enlightenment in promoting overall urban and rural education development.
