摘　　要：用不同蛋白质含量的饲料对黄鳝进行了养殖试验。结果显示,当饲料中蛋白质含量为35%～45%时,黄鳝生长速度快,饵料系数低,但黄鳝的终体重、相对增重率和相对增长率以饲料蛋白质含量为45%最好。The effects of different levels of protein in the dietary feed.on the growth of the Monopterus albus was studied.The results indicated that the length and weight of rice field eel are positively related with the protein levels of experimental di-ets.When protein levels was between 35% and.45%,the rice field eel had better growth efficiency,fast growth rate and low FCR.It indicates that the optimum protein level for the growth of rice field eel was between 35% and45%.However,the final weight,relatively weight gain rate and relatively growth rate of rice field eel were the best at 45% protein level.
