摘 要:研究了活性艳红X-3B和NaCl对田菁中过氧化物酶(POD)活性及总酚质量分数的作用.结果表明:田菁生长初期,NaCl对田菁POD活性和总酚质量分数有一定抑制作用,但随着田菁生长周期增长,NaCl促进了田菁POD活性的增强和总酚质量分数的增加.活性艳红X-3B明显促进了田菁总酚质量分数的提高,酚量较对照中的提高了2~3倍.高浓度的活性艳红X-3B可以增强田菁的POD活性,并且能够减弱NaCl对POD活性的影响.活性艳红X-3B和NaCl共同存在时,NaCl对田菁POD活性的影响强度仅为NaCl单独存在时的26%.POD活性和总酚质量分数的增加是田菁对逆境的适应性反应.显微镜观察显示田菁根对活性艳红X-3B有一定的吸收/吸附作用.The effects of reactive brilliant red X-3B and NaCl on peroxidase (POD) activity and the amount of total phenolics (ATP) in Sesbania cannabina Pets (Sesbania) were studied. The results showed at the start of growth ofSesbania, NaCl prohibited POD activity and ATP slightly; with the growing of Sesbania, both POD activity and ATP were enhanced with the presence of NaCl. Reactive brilliant red X-3B improved ATP obviously compared to the control treatment, ATP increased 2-3 times. High concentrations of reactive brilliant red X-3B increased POD activity and minimized the influence of NaCl on POD activity. With the co-existence of reactive brilliant red X-3B and NaCl, the influence of POD activity caused by 0.5% NaCl decreased to 26%. This implied that the adaption of Sesbania to environmental stress improved POD activity and ATP. Microscopic observations revealed that reactive brilliant red X-3B could be adsorbed by plant roots.
