摘　　要：随岗实践是现代远程教育实践教学的有效形式,根据成人学生在职的优势,确立"双导双控"的随岗实践模式,旨在使学生在原有实践经验的基础上,通过远程教育机构提供的实践教学训练和相应的支持服务,使其实践能力、创新能力有质的提升,使之适应社会对应用型、职业化人才的需求。Practice is an effective way in modern distance education. The teaching method of ＂dual - mediated＂ and ＂dual - control＂ is built on the basis of characteristics of adult students. The new model is to provide practice and appropriate support services based on students＇ practical experience in an attempt to improve students＇ practical and innovative abilities.
