摘 要:[目的]为提高滤池过滤效率和改善滤池过滤功能提供科学依据。[方法]以氯化铁为改性剂,采用高温制备法进行改性陶粒的制备。通过对改性陶粒和原陶粒的过滤对比试验对改性陶粒去除有机物的规律进行探讨,同时对改性陶粒去除有机物的影响因素(进水有机物浓度、流速和pH值)进行试验研究。[结果]pH值0.4,氯化铁浓度2 mol/L,操作温度650℃,烘焙时间3 h为陶粒的最佳改性条件。改性陶粒去除有机物效果明显优于原陶粒;进水有机物浓度越大、流速越小,处理效果越好;pH值略呈酸性时,去除有机物效果最好;用稀NaOH溶液可以对改性陶粒进行比较有效的再生。[结论]制备了能有效去除有机物的改性陶粒。[Objective] The scientific basis for the improvement of the filtration of the filtration pool was provided through the experiment. [Method] The preparation of modified ceramsite was conducted with FeCl3 as the modifying agent and the method of high-temperature preparation. The principle of organic matter removed by modified ceramsite was researched based on the experiment in the comparison of the modified ceramsite and crude ceramsite filtrated. And meanwhile, some factors influencing the removal of organic matter with modified ceramsite such as the influent concentration of organic matter, filtration velocity and pH value were investigated. [ Results] The experimental result indicated that the best modifying condition of ceramsite was pH value, 0.4; FeCl3, 2 mol/L; temperature, 650℃ and time, 3 h. The efficiency of modified ceramsite on the organic matter-removing was obviously better than that of crude ceramsite. The removal efficiency was increased with the increment of the influent concentration of organic matter and the decrease of velocity. When the pH value was slightly acid,the effect on organic matter-removing was best. The diluted NaOH solution could well improve the regeneration of modified ceramsite. [Conclusion] The modified ceramsite with the effective removal of organic matter had been prepared.
