摘  要:区域地理野外实习评价不应仅仅局限于指导教师对实习报告的给分评定,而应全面地、动态地评价区域地理野外实习的整个过程。通过阐述区域地理野外实习绩效评价的内涵,提出了教师评价与学生评价相结合、自评与互评相结合、强调动态评价的原则,并简要介绍了区域地理野外实习绩效评价的具体方法。The evaluation of regional geography fieldwork should not be limited in the scores of fieldwork reports given by supervisors, but it should include the whole process of fieldwork carried out comprehensively and dynamically. This paper discusses the definition of performance evaluation of regional geography fieldwork and provides some principles such as combination of evaluation both by supervisors and students, combination of self-evaluation and inter-group evaluation, and emphasis on dynamic eval- uation. It also briefly introduces some methods of performance evaluation of regional geography fieldwork.
