摘 要:随着社会的发展,劳动成本的不断增加,机器产能的不断提高,机电一体化技术在塑料注塑成型业领域的应用显得越来越重要,注塑机机械手作为典型的一项应用已经日益展现其生命力成为近代自动控制领域不可缺少的一项新技术。注塑机械手按其动作方式可分为旋臂式和横走式两大类;按其驱动方式可分为全气压驱动和部分电动驱动;按其精度可分为普通型和伺服型。简易型全气压驱动的旋臂式机械手是典型的一种单片机控制的注塑机机械手,通过和注塑机I/O点相互对接,达到指令信号的相互传输和控制,进而完成自动化生产。With the development of society and the increase of labor cost, the machinery productivity is improving continuously and the electromechanical integration technology is playing more and more important role in the plastics injection molding. Due to the typical and wide application, the robots of injection molding machine show its survivability and become an indispensably innovative technology. The robots of injection molding machine include the swing - arm robots and beam robots according to the action type. The driven types have the fully pneumatic driven and the partly pneumatic driven. There are the normal type and servo type by the accuracy. The simple and easy type swing - arm robots with fully pneumatic driven are the typical robots of injection molding machine controlled by SCM. The automatic production is realized by the instruction signal which are transmitted and controlled by the input/output of injection molding machine.
