脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清IL-2活性变化及其可能机制

摘　　要：研究大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血清白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）活性的变化，以及谷氨酸单钠和尼莫地平对其的影响。结果表明，脑缺血再灌注后血清ＩＬ－２活性显著降低，缺血前注射谷氨酸单钠加强这种降低。The change of serum IL2 activity after experimental cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and the impact of glutamate and nimodipine on it were investigated. The result showed that serum IL2 activity decreased significantly after brain ischemia and reperfusion, and glutamate injection before brain ischemia intensified the decrease, and nimodipine significantly improved the serum IL2 activity level of brain ischemia and reperfusional rats with or without glutamate injection.
