摘　　要：目的:探讨RhoC(ras homologue C)、CD44v6、MMP-9和VEGF在胃癌中的表达以及在胃癌发展过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测120例胃癌组织中RhoC、CD44v6、MMP-9和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:(1)RhoC、CD44v6、MMP-9和VEGF蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达均与胃癌的浸润深度、TNM分期和有无淋巴结转移有关。(2)RhoC分别与CD44v6、MMP-9和VEGF蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论:RhoC、CD44v6、MMP-9和VEGF在胃癌的演进过程中可能具有一定协同作用。Objective：To investigate the expression of RhoC, CD44v6, MMP-9 and VEGF protein in human gastric carcinoma and the effects of them on growth of gastric carcinoma. Methods： The expression of RhoC, CD44v6, MMP-9 and VEGF protein was examined by immunohistochemical staining method in 120 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues. Results：The expression rate of RhoC, CD44v6, MMP-9 and VEGF protein in paraffin-embedded gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly associated with invasion depth, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were statistically significant correlation between RhoC and CD44v6, MMP-9, VEGF（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：The expressions of RhoC, CD44v6, MMP-9 and VEGF have synergistic actions in proceeding of gastric carcinoma.
