摘 要:该实验采用苯乙酮为溶剂将蒽醌溶解,然后对蒽醌进行乳化,制备出稳定的O/W型乳液。分别研究了溶剂种类、溶剂用量、乳化剂复配、乳化剂用量、助乳化剂、乳化温度、乳化时间及转相温度等各种因素对乳液性能的影响,找出最佳乳化工艺条件。蒽醌乳液在一定程度上改善了晶体蒽醌分散性、渗透性差的缺点。其高细度、高分散性的悬浮粒子增大了助剂与蒸煮原料的接触面积,使蒸煮更加均匀,同时增强了蒸煮效果。A stable anthraquinone-in-water emulsion was prepared by emulsifying anthraquinone solution of hypnone. The effects of solvent, the concentration of anthraquinone solution, emulsifier combination and dosage, co-emulsifier, emulsifying temperature and time,phase inversion temperature as well as other factors on the emulsion stability and performance were investigated to explore the suitable emulsification process. To some degree, the emulsion form has improved the dispersibility and permeability of anthraquinone. The highly dispersed suspending'anthraquinone particles promote the contact of anthraquinone with fiber materials, which makes cooking more uniform and improve the cooking efficiency.
