摘　　要：Mcm7作为微小染色体维持蛋白(minichromosome maintenance protein,Mcm)家族成员之一,不仅参与调控真核生物DNA的复制起始和延伸过程,而且与Mcm1,Mcm8,Mcm10等许多蛋白质相互作用,共同调节细胞周期进程,使得每个细胞周期的DNA复制一次且仅有一次。Mcm7 is a member of minichromosome maintenance protein （Mcm） family. It plays an important role in controlling the initiation and elongation steps of eukaryotic DNA replication. Mem7 and many proteins such as Mcm1, Mcm8 and Mcm10 interactions co-regulate cell cycle progression. It ensures DNA replication once and only once in individual cell cycle.
