摘　　要：高等教育自学考试（简称“自学考试”）发展的轨迹验证了它在终身学习体系中的作用不可估量。将自学考试办成个人自学、社会助学和学校助学、国家考试相结合的教育形式。增设研究生专业、学校助学特色专业及中等职业教育专业、各类证书等满足人们终身学习的需求。The development orbit of higher education self-taught examination has proved its inestimable effort in lifelong learning system. We should develop it into a flexible educational form which consists of individual autonomous learning, society and school supporting model, examination organized by our country. We will further develop postgraduate majors, specialized majors on the level of undergraduate study and academy study,secondary vocational education, a variety of certificate examinations to satisfy the needs of people for lifelong learning.
