摘　　要：将企业管理领域中的组织蜕变理论应用于大学学科组织研究,认为学科组织蜕变是指成熟期的学科组织面临知识生产活动与社会对知识的需求或知识本身的发展不相适应的矛盾,学科组织为实现持续发展并求得突破,而采取的一种根本性的组织变革策略。结合具体个案,说明了引发学科组织蜕变的若干动因,并指出了学科组织面临蜕变的主要表征。This paper applies the organizational transformation theory to disciplines. The organizational transformation of discipline is a dramatic organizational change taken by post-mature period disciplines, which were confronted with problems in their knowledge-based intellectual production. We describe both the causes and the characteristic of the disciplines that need to have an organizational transformation.
