Objectives To discuss the effects of three weeks' simulated living high-training low (HiLo) on anaerobic capacity of female cyclists. Methods 8 elite Shanghai female cyclists performed three weeks' HiLo. The exposure was about 10 hours per day and 6 days per week under the hypoxic condition of simulated 2500m altitude. The normoxic training included strength exercise, road and track training. The track training of specific capacity focused on explosive strength, resistance strength, specific speed and speed resistance. The anaerobic power tests of 10sec and 60sec were performed before and after HiLo. HR was measured immediately and 3min after testing. Results(1) The maximal power of both anaerobic power tests increased 3.43% and 3.02% respectively.(2) The mean power of 60sec anaerobic power test significantly increased 5.72%. power of the 1st and 2nd 20see increased 6.15% and 6.17% significant effect on energy supply capability of phosphate capability of glycolysis in some extent. (3) During the 60sec anaerobic power test, the mean respectively. Conclusions Three weeks' HiLo had no of female cyclists, but improved the energy supply capability of glycolysis in some extent.
