摘　　要：临床实践教学是培养合格医学生的关键环节。随着医疗环境变化和患者自我保护意识的增强,直接以患者为对象进行临床技能训练的传统实践教学模式遭遇到前所未有的挑战。如何在目前形势下保证临床实践教学的质量,是摆在医学教育工作者面前的严峻课题。Clinical practice teaching is a necessary stage for training qualified medical students. With the change of iatrical environment and the increasing of patient self-protective awareness,traditional clinical skill training that directly uses real patient as subject is gradually facing unprecedented challenge. How to ensure the quality of clinical practice teaching has been a severe problem at this situation.
