摘 要:建立了铰接式装载机原地转向运动学模型,对单桥驱动和双桥驱动原地转向进行了力学分析,推导了原地转向阻力矩计算公式,与试验结果的比较表明理论分析与计算公式的正确性。单桥驱动原地转向过程中,阻力矩由车轮转向阻力矩和滚动阻力矩组成,工程上可视为常数。双桥驱动原地转向过程中,前后桥传动间的干涉改变了后轮所受地面水平力的性质,阻力矩主要取决于后轮所受地面摩擦力的大小,且与转向角α近似呈线性关系。双桥驱动转向阻力矩远大于单桥驱动转向阻力矩。A model of kinematics of insitu steering of articulated loader was established. The mechanical analysis of insitu steering was carried out for single or full bridge driven loader. The computation formulas of insitu steering resistance moment were derived, the correctness of the theoretical analysis and computation formulas was proved in comparison with the test results. During the process of insitu steering driven by single bridge, the resistance moment is composed of the steering and rolling resistance moments of wheels, and can be taken as constant in the engineering computation. When driven by full bridge, the horizontal ground forces on the rear wheels are changed to friction force because of the interference existing in transmission system, the resistance moment is proportional to the steering anger approximately, and is much greater than the resistance moment driven by single bridge.
