摘　　要：介绍在培养生命科学创新人才的实践中，充分认识到实验教学的重要作用。十几年来，北京大学一直在探索培养创新人才之路，加强生命基础实验教学中心的建设和教学内容与教学方式的全面改革，取得了预期的效果。In the practice of fostering the innovative talents for the life science, this article describes how to sufficiently understand the important roles of the experimental teaching. In the past more than ten years, Peking University has explorted continuously the way of fostering the innovative talents, and enhanced the construction of Teaching Center for Experimental Biology, and overall reform of teaching contents and teaching patterns, and obtained the desired results as well.
