摘 要:目的了解现阶段招聘面试时医疗机构对医学毕业生的印象评价情况,指导医学生恰当运用印象管理策略参加面试,并为医学院校围绕就业需求进行教学改革提供参考依据。方法以社会心理学中的"印象管理策略"理论为指导,以全国6个省份71所级别、规模各异的医疗单位201名面试官为调查对象,以用人单位对医学毕业生面试策略认同情况为内容进行随机抽样调查,并对调查结果进行统计描述性分析。结果在面试过程中,面试官对各大类印象管理策略认同感从高分到低分依次是非言语印象管理策略、自我聚焦型印象管理策略、他人聚焦型印象管理策略及保护性印象管理策略。结论面试策略与考官积极评价之间存在内在关联性;非言语印象管理策略、自我聚焦型印象管理策略和他人聚焦型印象管理策略会给应聘者带来正面效应;恰当地使用印象管理策略有助于展示毕业生内在实力,提升就业竞争力。Objective To learn about the assessment of medical graduates in the interview by medical organizations, in order to help the students to make use of the impression management tactics in attending the interview and to provide some reference for the employment-oriented teaching reform by medical colleges. Methods Guided by the Impression Management Tactics (IMT), a survey was made with 201 interviewers from 71 medical organizations of various sizes in 6 provinces on their identification of the students' interview-attending strategies. Then a statistical descriptive analysis was made of the results. Results The interviewers' identification were, in the declining order of the score, as follows: non-verbal IMT, self-focusing IMT, other-focusing IMT and protective IMT. Conclusion Inherent correlation exists between the interviewee's strategies and the interviewer's assessment of them, with the non-verbal IMT, self-focusing IMT and other-focusing IMT exerting positive influence on the interviewee. Therefore, proper use of the IMTs is conducive to displaying the interviewee's strength and sharpening his competitive edge.
