摘　　要：黄炎培十分重视职业道德教育,认为职业科学知识的学习、技能的训练和掌握,与职业道德教育密不可分。他在职业道德教育的目标、内涵、方法、教师作用等方面都有许多独到的论述,至今仍有着实践的指导意义。Attaching great importance to professional moral education, HUANG Yanpei thought the acquirement of professional scientific knowledge and the training and mastery of skills could not be separated from the professional moral education. His unique account concerning the objective, connotation, method and teachers＇ role on professional moral education still has the practical significance.
