摘　　要：教师实践社群是促进教师专业发展的一种有效组织载体，有着传统学校教研组无法比拟的优势。教师实践社群为教师提供协同工作、交流和探讨的空间，促进教师之间隐性知识的传递、共享、挖掘，促使隐性知识向显性知识转化并快速增值，提高教师之间互助协作、资源分享和不断反思的意识。Teacher community of practice is of the unique advantage than traditional teachingresearch group, which is an effective organization carrier in promoting teacher professional development. Teacher community of practice provides space for teachers in cooperative work,communication and study. It＇ s promotes the transfer, sharing and mining of tacit knowledge between teachers, urges tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge to value-added rapidly, increases teachers＇ awareness in mutual cooperation, resource sharing and constant reflection.
