摘  要:采用响应曲面法对醋酸溶液提取棉籽粕中植酸工艺条件进行了研究,建立了以醋酸溶液提取植酸的二次多项数学模型,探讨了主要因素的影响效应及其交互作用。采用响应曲面法优化得出的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度60℃,液料比(V/m)9∶1,醋酸质量分数0.6%,提取时间0.9 h,提取次数1次。在最佳工艺条件下,植酸提取率为2.31%,棉籽粕中有94.3%的植酸被提取出来。The extraction conditions of phytic acid from cottonseed meal with acetic acid solution were optimized by response surface method. A quadratic equation model for phytic acid extraction was built and the effects of main factors and their corresponding relationships were obtained. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows : extraction temperature 60℃ ,ratio of solution ( acetic acid solution) volume to solid ( cottonseed meal) mass 9:1 ,mass fraction of acetic acid 0.6% ,extraction time 0.9 h ,extracton times 1. Under these conditions the yield of phytic acid was 2.31%, and 94. 3 % phytic acid from cottonseed meal was extracted.
