摘  要:目的 揭示儿科与普通内科护士工作压力源和心理健康水平的差异,研究儿科护士工作压力源与心理健康及离职意向之间的关系。方法 采用问卷调查法对3所三甲医院儿科及普通内科护士的工作压力源、心理健康、离职意向及其相互关系进行调查。结果 儿科护士下作压力源部分因素和症状白评量表9个因子得分显著高于普通内科护士。儿科护士工作压力源部分因素与心理健康水平及离职意向显著正相关。结论 儿科护士工作压力大,是心理健康水平低的一个因素,也是离职意向的主要因素之一。建议护理管理者采用切实有效的措施,维护儿科护士的心理健康,减少儿科护士流失,Objective To explore the relationship between job stressors,mental health and intention to quit of pediatric nurses by comparing with nurses in internal medicine department. Methods Job stressors, mental health,intention to quit of pediatric nurses and their relationship were investigated among nurses in above mentioned wards from three third-level and first-class hospitals by using questionnaires. Results The scores of some factors of job stressors and nine factors of SCL- 90 of pediatric nurses were much higher than those of internal medicine nurses. There was a significantly positive correlation between some factors of job stressors, mental health and intention to quit of pediatric nurses. Conclusions Working pressure is a factor of low mental health level and intention to quit of pediatric nurses. Effective management strategies should be implemented to protect the mental health of pediatric nurses and decrease the loss of nurses.
