摘　　要：探讨病案讨论教学法的作用及意义,医学本科基础课、临床课、实习等不同教学阶段采用病案讨论教学法的主要方法、目的,以及实施病案讨论教学法对教师与学生的要求。The article discusses the effect and significance of case discussion,the main method ,intent of the different teaching phases in undergraduate course specialty education which contains pup clinic course,clinic course and practice so on,and the requirement for the teachers and students in practicing case discussion and teaching method.
